Wellness Activities
St Mary’s University provides students with an array of Success Strategy wellness activities to learn new skills and manage their mental health and wellness. All events are listed with times and location in the university events calendar on the main page of the StMU website, and on the main page of the Counselling Services page.
Coffee Chats
An opportunity for students to drop-in at the Counselling office, get a cup of coffee, obtain information on a specific topic and ask questions in an informal environment. There will be six coffee chats each semester. Topics will include:
- Student Life and Substance Use
- Consent in Intimate Relationships
- Procrastination
- Exercise and Mental Health
- Suicide Awareness & Support
- Mindful Eating
