After moving to Canada at age 14 with his parents and siblings, Aaron settled into his new life in Canada and became an active member of the community. His work with non-profit after-school tutorial programmes and summer day camps in Calgary’s Chinatown during his high school years gave him the idea that he might have a vocation in teaching. However, he first pursued his interest in technology by taking Business Technology Management at the Haskayne School of Business and by working at a local start-up incubator. Aaron is currently a youth catechist with the Roman Catholic Diocese of Calgary and an instructor for Bricks 4 Kidz Calgary. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys singing with his church choir and learning languages.
