January COVID Protocols
As of January 3, all students, staff and faculty are required to use the confidential and secure St. Mary’s Safe App, to formally establish your vaccination status and/or regular rapid testing results. Details on how to access StMU’s program are available here. Individuals without a smartphone, a web version of the St. Mary’s Safe program is available here. Once you have registered and your submission has been approved, you will be required to print and carry with you this approval. For unvaccinated individuals, St. Mary’s is currently accepting regular rapid testing as an alternative, these details can be found on our website here.
If you have already uploaded your forms, you do not need to do it again.
In addition, please be advised that:
- Anyone non-compliant with the University’s COVID-19 safety requirements, will not be permitted on campus.
- Mandatory mask usage in all indoor public spaces.
- Individuals experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms are not to come to campus and must get tested through Alberta Health Services.
The ongoing pandemic continues to require us to be flexible. We will continue to closely monitor any changes or recommendations put forth by Alberta Health Services and will communicate any changes as required.
