  • Moved to Canmore, Alberta in 2012 where I began my first teaching position in a Grade 2 classroom. During my time in the classroom, I also taught Grade 5, Grade 7-9 Options and Grade 10 Religion.
  • In 2017, I assumed the role of Vice Principal at Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Academy. As part of that role, I was also ELL Coordinator, High School Learning Support and District Faith Leader.
  • In 2019, I was hired as the Director of Catholic Education for Christ the Redeemer Catholic School Division based in Okotoks. With this new appointment, I left the mountains and moved to south Calgary.
  • Interests include spending time in the mountains, cuddling up with a good book with a cup of coffee, paddleboarding on lakes in rivers, volunteering with the Mustard Seed and Feed the Hungry, spending time with family and friends, and TRAVEL!
  • In 2020, I joined the Sessional Faculty roster at St. Mary’s University teaching second year Bachelor of Education students. I was (and will be in 2021) the instructor for Teaching in the Province of Alberta. The opportunity to teach new and aspiring classroom teachers is an exciting venture! My hope is to equip teachers to feel confident entering the classroom for the first time and to offer mentorship so that students can transition from good to great teachers.
