To avoid the uncertain conditions that surround COVID pandemic St. Mary’s University has made the decision to postpone our June 5, 2020 convocation ceremony until November 2020. The new date will be made available mid-June.

• Degrees will be posted on students official transcript after the approval of Academic Council May 28, 2020.
• Students who have applied to graduate and successfully complete their current courses and are approved by Academic Council will still receive their parchment by mail in June. Please ensure your current address is on file with the Registrar’s Office.
• Students requiring a letter for graduate school or for employment should send an email to registrar@stmu.ca.
• New dates for graduation photos will be sent in June and posted to the website.
