St. Mary’s University has several facilities available for external rentals. Wedding Package A: McGivney – Ceremony Only
- 4 hours -day prior- (Friday) Rehearsal, Decorations, Chair Set up (StMU staff)
- 4 hours -Set up, Ceremony

Wedding Package B: McGivney – Ceremony & Reception
- 4 hours -day prior- (Friday) Rehearsal, Decorations, Chair Set up (StMU staff)
- 12 hours’ day of. – Set up, Ceremony, StMU staff to change set up to Reception, Reception till Midnight
- Bridal Room
- Free Parking
- Projector and Sound for Speeches, Slide Shows, Ceremony Music
- Piano for musicians
- Round Banquet Tables (No linens)
- Evening Security.

Requirements for contracts
- Set up and take down time must be included in rental window
- All contracts must be signed to reserve the booking.
- Invoices must be paid 10 business days prior to the event.
- All rental fees and services provided are subject to GST.
- Renters must provide a copy of general liability insurance that states St. Mary’s University named on the policy for $2 million. This must be provided 10 days prior to the event.
- Renters must comply with all federal, provincial and municipal statutory laws and regulations
- Payment, deposit and insurance must be provided within 10 business days of the event or the reservation will be canceled.
- STMU Partner Caterer must be used for all required food and beverage service.
- Client responsible for acquiring liquor license if required.
- Client responsible to leave facility in condition found, if not a cleaning fee will be billed at $50/hr.
