Facilities for Rent
St. Mary’s University has several facilities available for external rentals. The following information is required for individuals and groups interested in renting our facilities: Please complete the form below or email rentals@stmu.ca.

* Discounts may be available for recurring rentals, not-for-profit groups, community partners and alumni.
Requirements for contracts:
- Set up and take down time must be included in the rental window
- All contracts must be signed to reserve the booking.
- Invoices must be paid 10 business days prior to the event.
- All rental fees and services provided are subject to GST.
- Renters must provide a copy of general liability insurance that states St. Mary’s University is named on the policy for $2 million. This must be provided 10 days prior to the event.
- Renters must comply with all federal, provincial and municipal statutory laws and regulations
- Payment, deposit and insurance must be provided within 10 business days of the event or the reservation will be cancelled.
- STMU Partner Caterer must be used for all required food and beverage services.
- Client responsible for acquiring liquor licence if required.
- Clients are responsible to leave the facility in the condition found, if not a cleaning fee will be billed at $50/hr.
