Tae Kwon-Do is a modern art of self-defence and physical fitness. Through the application of strong kicks, blocks, punches and defence techniques you can learn effective self-defence skills. 5th Degree Black Belt Jason Smith will lead this special class.
Participants are encouraged to wear loose clothing and no footwear.
All levels of experience and fitness are welcome!
