The theme for the 2024 National Day for Truth and Reconciliation is Remembering the Children. The EDI committee invites you to view the film We Were Children, which provides insight into the experiences of young children entering Canadian government residential schools. Following the film, we invite you to engage in a discussion about the legacies of the residential school system and how we can honour survivors and their families as members of the StMU Team.
