Specialization/Research Interest
Dr. Harriet K. Haggerty earned her PhD in French (Applied) linguistics in 2022, from the University of Calgary. She has published articles in the areas of translation, French language teaching/learning, linguistics, and code alternation in a French language classroom; the area on which her PhD thesis is all about. Her research interests include second/foreign language teaching, discourse analysis, (Applied) linguistics and translation; areas in which she has published book chapters and a good number of articles in various peer-reviewed journals.
