All individuals of the community can assist with educating others in the community to provide a safe work environment by:
- Modeling healthy and respectful behavior in all relationships at the University;
- Speaking out against any observed instances of sexual or gender-based harassment or violence and encouraging reporting as necessary; and
- Promoting and educating around safe disclosure processes
