This summer, join the St. Mary’s Lightning Cross Country program for our inaugural Run Like Lightning Cross Country Camp.
Designed for young athletes who want to improve their endurance, speed, strength, and confidence, this camp combines expert coaching, purposeful training, and plenty of fun. Campers will learn what it takes to train like a collegiate athlete while building a lifelong love of running.
Each day begins on the trails, paths, and fields as athletes develop running technique, pacing strategies, endurance, and race-day confidence. Then we’ll head into the weight room to learn the strength and movement skills that help runners stay healthy, powerful, and resilient.
Whether you’re preparing for your school cross country season, looking to improve your fitness, or simply love to run, this camp is for you.
